Do you provide customized products, OEM, or ODM services?
Yes, we provide customized products tailored to your specific requirements. Both OEM and ODM services are fully acceptable.
How do you ensure the quality of your products?
Our quality control includes: 1. Selecting high-quality steel from reputable suppliers; 2. Standardized production with traceable ID cards for every part; 3. 100% finished product testing before shipping; 4. Acceptance of third-party inspections; 5. ISO9001 certification.
What is the warranty period for your equipment?
We provide a 12-month warranty for all our products, excluding wear parts such as wheels, tires, or hydraulic oil.
What is the standard lead time for production?
Usually, production takes around 10-15 days after payment is received. During peak seasons or national holidays, it may extend to around 30 days.
What payment terms do you accept?
We primarily accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) or L/C (Letter of Credit). For other payment methods, please consult with our sales team.
