Generally, we pack our goods in neutral white boxes and brown cartons. If you have a legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after receiving your authorization letters.
What are your terms of payment?
For payments ≤ 10,000 USD, 100% in advance. For payments ≥ 10,000 USD, 30% T/T in advance, and 70% before shipment.
What is your delivery time?
Generally, it will take 2 to 3 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.
Can you produce according to samples?
Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures.
Do you test all your goods before delivery?
Yes, we perform 100% testing on all products before delivery to ensure quality.
What transportation modes do you support?
