Do you support OEM/ODM customization?
Yes. We can develop and produce products based on your drawings or samples. Customization includes brand logo printing, product appearance/color, functional structure, packaging, color box, and label design. Our R&D team can provide free design drafts for your reference.
How do you guarantee product quality?
We implement quality inspection after every production process. This includes 100% final inspection on finished products according to international standards (functional tests, dimensional checks, salt spray tests, etc.). Pre-production samples are provided for approval, and final random inspections ensure the defect rate is controlled within 2%.
What is the lead time for orders?
For stock products, delivery is normally within 3-7 working days. For customized orders, lead time is generally 15-30 working days after design confirmation, depending on order quantity and complexity. We use an ERP system to ensure on-time delivery.
What after-sales service do you provide?
All products come with a 1-year quality warranty. During this period, non-human damaged parts will be replaced free of charge. We provide professional technical support, operation manuals, and video instructions with every shipment.
